Our Marketing team is looking to add a Paid Search Marketing Manager to oversee marketing efforts for the paid search channel. We are looking for a marketer who is mission-driven, makes metrics-based decisions, and is passionate about performance optimization.

What You’ll Do

Manage search engine marketing channels including Paid Search (Google and Bing), YouTube, etc.
Set ambitious performance goals for your channels and deliver sales, CPA, and spending within plans and budget
Analyze SEM campaign data, and provide and execute on relevant insights around keywords, landing pages, ad copy, audiences, bidding algorithms, competition and more.
Working with Analytics team, ideate and execute an A/B testing strategy to identify growth and efficiency improvements
Collaborate closely with internal teams on campaigns: from conception to execution through to ongoing optimization
Navigate our strict medical device compliance framework extremely well. You will need to build strong relationships with internal teams and negotiate priorities well

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 3 years of paid search marketing, agency or brand-side
Track record of managing online media placements across multiple channels
Ability to identify new growth opportunities
Ability to make data-driven marketing decisions
Excellent analytical skills and technical knowledge of the online marketing toolset including behavioral targeting, conversion tracking, and audience building
Bachelor’s Degree

23andMe takes a market-based approach to pay, and amounts will vary depending on your geographic location. The salary range reflected here is for a candidate based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
