Lemonaid Health is looking for an SEO Marketing Manager to join their team in the UK, focussed on growing the Boots Online Doctor business. This role sits in the Marketing team but will require close collaboration with the Product, Engineering and Clinical teams as well to optimise Organic Search for our customer-facing brochure site and integrate content across various marketing channels.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse keyword and market trends and competitive insights to 1) Identify keyword/topic opportunities and develop new targeted content 2) Help optimise existing onsite content
    • Initially, your focus will be on cementing Boots Online Doctor’s position as market leader for prescription Weight Loss treatment in the UK, with an expectation to extend strategy, best practices and processes to other strategic health services in the medium/long term.
  • Ensure all site updates to our brochure site (e.g. product launches, seasonal initiatives, new site functionality, etc) are carried out with SEO best practices in mind.
  • Identify technical SEO issues and gaps in performance vs. rest of market and oversee execution of technical optimisations by Engineering team
  • Tie Organic Search strategy to other areas of Marketing for Boots Online Doctor, to help deliver integrated and SEO optimised campaigns:
    • Drive initiatives to maximise the synergy between PPC and SEO to 1) improve conversion rates/reduce Paid Search CPAs and 2) improve overall brand visibility in the SERP
    • Use keyword insights to inform data-driven content calendar. Align Email and onsite content
    • Research potential Affiliate/content partners and develop SEO-friendly partnerships and content campaigns to improve link building
  • Write up project requests and specifications & project managing various teams to execute on the strategic plan: DevEng, copywriting, design, legal
  • Educate key stakeholders on current trends/what’s changing in the world of SEO e.g. ChatGPT/AI

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of SEO marketing experience, agency or brand-side
  • A well-rounded SEO skillset, with a focus/passion for content and a good grasp of technical SEO concepts
  • Demonstrated track record of SEO growth, utilising analytics to measure performance, provide strategic recommendations and improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple deadlines and priorities as a self-directed person, comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Competency in web and business analytics tools and reporting - GA, Search Console, SEM Rush
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience communicating and presenting to senior management
  • Intuition for customer-facing messaging and branding
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience/passion/interest in digital healthcare
  • Experience with heavily regulated industries
