As the Sr. Product Design Lead, you will be a key member of our product management & design team, responsible for defining and executing the experience for our B2B SaaS solution. Your focus will be to understand our users, their processes, and workflows when modelling various agreements. The ability to model agreements is a core value prop of Enable and a critical function going forward.
You will lead a team of designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to ensure our products are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with our users' needs. What we are asking you to do!
Design Strategy & Process: Develop and communicate a clear design strategy for our B2B SaaS solutions, aligning with the company's goals and objectives. Take a leading role in the definition and implementation of processes related to this function.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles, conduct user research, and ensure that the user experience is at the forefront of all design decisions.
Product Design: Drive the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance the usability and aesthetics of our solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into the development process.
Design Systems: Evolve and maintain our design systems and guidelines to keep design consistency and scalability across our products.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and overall user satisfaction.
Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
What we are asking you to bring!
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
8+ years of experience working in Product Design as a senior design leader in a B2B SaaS organization.
Experience in finance platforms considered an asset.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Ability to adapt to emerging design technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design concepts, strategies, and decisions to stakeholders. Experience in interacting with C-Suite executives is a plus.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability, with a proven ability to lead teams in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Experience with design systems and design thinking methodologies.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
