The Director of Product Management will be responsible for leading the product management team and driving the product strategy and roadmap. This role will be responsible for developing and executing product plans that align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives. The Director of Product Management will also be responsible for managing the product life cycle, from concept to launch.

What You'll Do

Lead the product management team and drive the product strategy and roadmap
Develop and execute product plans that align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives
Manage the product life cycle, from concept to launch
Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation
Develop and maintain product requirements documents
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches
Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the team
Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders
Develop and maintain product documentation

Work Experience

What You've Done

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
8+ years of product management experience within a SaaS environment
Experience with big data, cloud, AI/machine learning, automation, and BI technologies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
