Description

About Regulus

Regulus is a defense-tech startup, we are developing advanced solutions that protect critical systems against operational threats. Our systems are field-proven, deployed by the IDF and global partners, and have safeguarded lives and strategic assets.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal growth stage and help shape its products, culture, and future.

We’re looking for a hands-on, innovative NPI Engineer to join our growing team and take charge of end-to-end processes – from R&D, through production, and all the way to customer service.

If you thrive on solving complex problems, improving processes, and making a real impact across the organization, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the creation of production files: work instructions, custom tools, and engineering documentation.
  • Manage and control product and system configuration.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost reliability, reduce costs, and maximize efficiency.
  • Lead process improvements in customer service and technical support, learning from field issues to enhance product performance.
  • Define and execute smooth transitions from development → production → service (NPI / Transfer to Production & Service).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenges on production and RMA lines, including in-depth failure analysis.

💡 If you’re passionate about engineering excellence and want to play a key role in shaping how products move from concept to reality – we’d love to meet you!

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Operational/Production/NPI Engineering.
  • Strong background working with multidisciplinary systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, certifications, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration control, ERP & PLM systems.
  • Proven track record in process improvement (Lean / Six Sigma – a plus).
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
  • A collaborative spirit – with experience working closely with R&D, Production, QA, and Service teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and the ability to deliver solutions under pressure.
  • High-level technical English.
