By joining our team as the Data Integration Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage the planning and deliver custom data integrations with external partners. You’ll be responsible for running a small team of data integration support engineers who will work with external parties to design a data contract, implement the service, and deliver the pipeline that transfers critical data between the organizations.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Work with internal and external partners to gather project requirements and develop project plans and staffing for delivering custom data integrations.
  • Manage data integration support engineer activities to ensure timely execution of the project plans and communication of any potential problems
  • Provides integration project status updates to management and external partners.
  • Supports and maintains effective relationships with external partners and liaise with the appropriate Data owner(s) to loop them in and/or inform them as appropriate.
  • Follows quality review process to measure and ensure adherence and compliance in quality of service and contractual obligations.
  • Managing bi-weekly sprint planning, daily standups and project status meetings.
  • Creating, managing and organizing Jira tickets with detailed work breakdown structure.
  • Recording meeting minutes and status updates and sharing them with the appropriate teams.
  • Using established project management guidelines and processes to develop, maintain, and track project plans, conduct project meetings and report project status.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for project plans, project status, individual deliverables, team member roles and responsibilities, and contingencies.
  • Following up with team members, stakeholders, and clients when necessary to ensure accurate understanding of the project’s condition.
  • Tracking team metrics around estimate and actual project hours and regularly report findings to leadership.
  • Onboarding new team members to current processes & procedures.

What You Bring to OneStudyTeam

  • Minimum 3+ years’ of Project Management hands-on experience
  • PMP certification, or related, is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues and find effective solutions
  • Python programming experience and strong SQL skills
  • Strong JIRA/ Excel and quality assurance skills
  • AWS or other cloud technologies experience a plus
  • Positive attitude and ability to help lead others through change
  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or related experience Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or similar software / database-related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail is key, especially when considering correctness, security, and compliance
