Yalo is a fully distributed Series C startup that enables world class brands like Coca-Cola FEMSA, Unilever, Nestlé, Pepsico, P&G to unlock the full potential of their B2B relationships with millions of retailers across LATAM and other emerging markets through conversational commerce. Digital transformation is an imperative for these enterprises, and Yalo’s conversational commerce suite is the catalyst that unlocks access to millions of users who “live in” messaging apps.

We are looking for a talented Product Marketer to join our team and help drive the rapid growth of our business and our product portfolio by maximizing product launch impact and helping us establish industry leadership, drive customer maturity and success, and create a thriving ecosystem of analyst, partner, and customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the SaaS digital commerce and martech markets, marketing to Enterprise customers across LATAM. While Yalo is a distributed company, we strongly prefer candidates who are proximate to our Mexico City or São Paulo offices to interface with our customers and sellers on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing and launch plans for our enterprise SaaS products.
  • Create messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products to enterprise customers and differentiates our offering from competitors.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product vision, positioning, and execution.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Develop customer personas and ensure that our product messaging and positioning resonates with key customer segments.
  • Execute compelling product and feature launches to drive adoption.
  • Partner with sales to create sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, and case studies.
  • Amplify and represent Yalo in customer- and partner-facing events.


  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into benefits and value that excite customers
  • Enthusiastic about building credibility and working collaboratively with colleagues from different teams and disciplines
  • Good understanding of the enterprise digital commerce and martech SaaS markets, including market trends, buyer personas, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and positioning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing for a SaaS company, with a focus on Enterprise customers
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Strong preference for candidates based in Mexico City or São Paulo
