About Your Role
Product docs and the user guide.
- Assisting to keep user guide content accurate as the product evolves and changes across stages and features.
- Draft and update pages, capture and replace screenshots that no longer match the current build, run quality checks against our docs standards.
QA and bug reporting.
- Exercising of the product and the website in the eyes of a customer.
- Finding regressions, filing of bug reports, and verifying of fixes of bugs.
Marketing media and cataloguing.
- Triage raw footage for what's actually usable, standardising to house spec without touching the originals.
- Cataloguing of assets for easier search, along with running our video production pipelines under review.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics), Information Systems, Business, Design & AI, or Information Engineering & Media. Adjacent disciplines are welcome.
- High proficiency in written English — you'll write help pages for customers and bug reports for engineers.
- An investigative streak — comfortable digging into an unfamiliar product or spec and coming back with what matters.
- Eye for detail — you verify things against the source rather than trusting what a tool reports.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Comfort with Git and the command line, and a willingness to read documentation before asking.
Good To Have
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Hands-on experience driving AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
- Exposure to robotics, CAD, or manufacturing; video editing or ffmpeg; Jira and Confluence.
