We are known internally as a collaborative group of high achievers who execute with excellence. We love tackling big ideas while also rolling up our sleeves to get things done.
About the role
As our first Sales & Marketing Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support the measurement of our GTM organization: selecting the right measures, ensuring our systems & workflows are set up to get the data we need, and delivering insights to drive action. There are a wide variety of stakeholders you will partner with to make this happen including Sales Leadership, Marketing Operations, Data Science, and GTM Applications, and this role will support critical decision making, process design, and our overall GTM’s effectiveness through data analytics, insights, content and materials production, project management, and cross-functional partnership on key projects or deliverables
Specific responsibilities include:
Compile the data, identify takeaways, and create decks for our operating cadences (RVP Reviews, Pipeline Reviews, Forecast, QBRs, etc.), over time taking on ownership for leading and driving these cadences directly
Provide analytical support for our Annual Planning (Capacity model, Leading Indicators, Topline targets, etc.) and deliver ad-hoc analyses and reporting
Partner with our Data Science team to build dashboards for the field
Manage territory design and other core RevOps processes, evolving and driving efficiencies in our core processes as you ramp while partnering across the business with stakeholders like Marketing, Leadership, and others
Project manage internal initiatives or other ad-hoc projects
If you describe yourself in the following ways, you will be an excellent fit for this role:
You are deeply quantitative and analytical with a strong orientation towards measurement and understanding our business through the numbers
You are deeply curious and tend to recognize patterns or inconsistencies that warrant further investigation quickly
You’re proactive and assertive, raising questions or clarification when needed to move forward but know when to make an assumption to move something forward
You’re a strong communicator, drawing conclusions quickly and being confident in speaking to them with executives or broader audience
You are confident in your core experience and skills, but are hungry to grow and learn from more senior leaders
You are highly organized and are able to manage conflicting tasks or competing priorities
You are not afraid of ambiguity and value progress over perfection, able to run with something with limited inputs
You have
5+ years in an operational or sales-focused role at a B2B tech company, with 1+ year at an early stage (Series A-D) SaaS B2B tech startup, or small team within a larger company
Advanced level Excel/Sheets proficiency, with the ability to independently analyze, manipulate, and present data and translate data into visualizations, presentations, and other content for broader consumption
