The opportunity
DeepHow is building the connection between how industrial work happens today and how increasingly intelligent, automated operations will work tomorrow.
Our Physical AI platform helps organizations capture operational knowledge, guide frontline work, verify execution, and identify opportunities to improve performance. Across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, utilities, and other industrial environments, we help customers turn what happens on the floor into measurable improvements in safety, delivery, cost, and quality.
Strategic partnerships are central to our next stage of growth. We have established relationships with companies including NVIDIA, Google, and Cognizant. We’re looking for a senior leader who can strengthen those relationships, expand our engagement across their organizations, and turn shared opportunities into repeatable commercial success.
This is an opportunity to build and lead a strategically important growth function, working directly with DeepHow’s CRO, CEO, and product leadership. Your mandate Own DeepHow’s partnership strategy and commercial execution across strategic technology partners, cloud providers, systems integrators, and selected ecosystem partners. You will connect executive relationships, partner GTM priorities, and customer needs. That means establishing a shared business case, earning engagement from the right teams, and helping both organizations win business together.
We’re looking for someone equally comfortable in an executive strategy discussion, a partner
account-planning session, and a customer opportunity review. You should enjoy building the strategy and personally moving the work forward.
What you’ll own
• Grow our most important alliances. Develop joint business plans with clear priorities, executive
sponsors, commercial objectives, and accountability on both sides.
• Build relationships across partner organizations. Engage senior leaders, industry teams, field
sellers, partner managers, and technical stakeholders so our relationships extend beyond individual champions.
• Create repeatable joint sales motions. Work with partners to define target accounts, compelling use cases, differentiated joint offerings, and clear paths to customer adoption.
• Activate partner GTM teams. Give sellers and industry leaders a clear reason to bring DeepHow into customer conversations, supported by practical enablement and relevant customer evidence.
• Drive pipeline and revenue. Own partner-sourced pipeline and establish clear accountability for
partner-influenced opportunities, working closely with DeepHow’s sales team through execution and close.
• Shape joint solutions. Work with Product and technical leadership to connect partner capabilities with DeepHow’s roadmap and customer priorities.
• Focus our ecosystem investments. Evaluate new partnerships against strategic fit, commercial
potential, and the resources required to make them successful.
• Build the operating foundation. Establish opportunity registration, account coordination, reporting, and a regular business-review cadence that supports growth.
• Direct joint marketing toward commercial outcomes. Partner with Marketing on campaigns,
events, content, and customer stories that create qualified engagement.
What you bring
• A demonstrated record of building technology alliances or strategic partnerships that generated meaningful enterprise pipeline and revenue.
• Experience working directly with GTM organizations at companies such as NVIDIA, Google Cloud, Cognizant, or comparable technology companies and systems integrators.
• An understanding of how large partner organizations operate, including their incentives, planning cycles, field structures, and competing priorities.
• The executive presence to earn senior sponsorship and the practical credibility to engage sellers, industry specialists, and technical teams.
• Experience translating a technology relationship into a joint value proposition, an actionable sales motion, and customer wins.
• Strong commercial judgment: you know which opportunities deserve investment and when to redirect effort.
• The ability to explain AI and enterprise technology in terms of customer problems, operational
outcomes, and business value.
• A builder’s mindset, with the willingness to work directly on opportunities while developing a function that can scale.
Experience in industrial technology, manufacturing, frontline operations, computer vision, or enterprise AI would be especially valuable. An established network within relevant partner organizations is a strong advantage.
What success looks like
In your first year, you will have:
• Established actionable growth plans with our highest-priority partners.
• Expanded executive sponsorship and active engagement across partner GTM teams.
• Launched focused joint sales plays against agreed customer opportunities.
• Built a measurable pipeline with clear ownership and credible revenue contribution.
• Created the foundation for a repeatable partnership business.
Why DeepHow
You will join at a point where partnerships can materially shape the company’s growth and market position.
You’ll have existing relationships to build on, direct access to company leadership, and the opportunity to influence how DeepHow’s technology reaches enterprise customers. For someone who wants to build a business through partnerships and see the results of their work in customer operations, this is a role with substantial scope and ownership.
