This is an individual contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities.

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Training and Video Content Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will enhance self-support resources, drive user engagement, and contribute to automation strategies within the customer journey. You will create and deliver high-quality training materials and video content designed to empower customers to succeed independently while simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences. Additionally, you will work closely with the team to help define and shape our Professional Service offerings, such as webinars, onsite training, and workshops. The ideal candidate will have experience in training, project management, and coordination, as well as a strong ability to tailor content to meet customer needs and maximize adoption and value. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Create engaging video tutorials, training modules, and supporting materials tailored to customer workflows and manufacturing industry-specific needs.
  • Domain Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of DeepHow and our customers’ operations and challenges to develop content that aligns with their goals and promotes adoption.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of training content that aligns with project goals.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, either live or pre-recorded, to ensure effective knowledge transfer to end-users.
  • Feedback Integration: Continuously collect and incorporate customer feedback to refine and improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Adoption Strategies: Partner with Customer Success and Account Executive teams to identify key adoption drivers and tailor content strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in video production and editing, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality training content.
  • Proven experience in analyzing complex domains and creating simplified, audience-specific materials.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Basic project management and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or other training platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and/or other customer support platforms is preferred.
  • Experience or understanding of the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts in an engaging and accessible manner.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows, with the ability to develop tailored training content.
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs, collect feedback, and align content with product adoption goals.
  • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation to enhance training effectiveness and address customer pain points.
  • Passion for technology and a willingness to stay current with new tools and processes.

Work Environment
