Role SummaryDeepHow is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our full-funnel growth strategy. We’re looking for a marketing leader who brings both vision and execution—someone who can chart a path forward, then roll up their sleeves and make it happen.
You’ll own acquisition across channels, with a strong focus on product-led growth (PLG) for a B2B SaaS company. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, and tight collaboration across marketing, sales, and customer success.
We want a self-starter who can build, test, and scale programs, and who understands how modern growth marketing operates and is changing in a technology and SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities● Develop and execute a demand generation approach to increase qualified lead volume.
● Drive and convert Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) and Middle-of-Funnel (MOFU) leads.
● Implement Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives and integrated campaigns to boost user activation and conversion.
● Launch and scale campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant B2B platforms.
● Design and optimize lead-nurturing flows and retargeting programs.
● Enhance engagement and conversion using in-funnel content strategies.
● Continuously test and iterate to improve velocity throughout the buyer journey.
● Identify, refine, and automate workflows with appropriate technologies to maximize results, agility, and marketing ROI.
● Use marketing automation and campaign tools such as Clay, HeyReach, Zapier, Google Analytics, and others, ensuring effective execution and integration across systems.
Qualifications● 6–10 years in B2B growth marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role
● Demonstrated success in SaaS or tech-driven sales environments with longer buying cycles
● Hands-on experience with product-led growth tactics and conversion funnel optimization
● Expertise and hands-on experience in marketing automation and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA, Clay, HeyReach, Zapier, etc.)
● Data-driven approach with strong testing and experimentation discipline
