About the Role
We are seeking a Midwest-based Account Executive with a robust background in operations, training, and manufacturing sales. In this role, you'll own end-to-end sales for DeepHow with large-scale manufacturing enterprise accounts. Your mission: identify and close deals that drive operational excellence via our AI-powered solution.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Qualify: Build pipeline by targeting manufacturing executives (Operations, Continuous Improvement, HR/Training).
- Solution Selling: Lead discovery sessions to understand complex manufacturing challenges—focus on operational excellence, training, and workforce efficiency.
- Manage Sales Cycles: Execute full-cycle sales from pitch to close—forecast, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop proposals.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Engage cross-functional teams—C-suite, engineering, manufacturing leads—to align DeepHow with enterprise goals.
- Build Relationships: Position DeepHow as a trusted advisor, driving long-term value through training and operational effectiveness.
- Meet Targets: Consistently hit and exceed regional sales goals and quarterly quotas.
Who You Are
- Midwest-based: Preferably located in IL, IN, MI, OH, WI, MN, MO, KS, NE, SD, ND, IA.
- Experienced in Enterprise Manufacturing: 3–5+ years selling SaaS into large manufacturing/industrial companies (10,000+ employees).
- Operational & Training Expert: You’ve led or supported operational excellence, continuous improvement, training, or L&D programs.
- Relationship Builder: You naturally build trust—comfortable engaging senior executives and multi-level teams.
- Consultative Sales Pro: Solid track record in consultative, solution-based selling with long sales cycles.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal/presentation skills, clear writing. Travel up to 75% required.
