Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to own customer expansion and renewal opportunities across an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts. This role is critical to driving long-term customer value, ARR growth, reducing churn, and executive-level relationships.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to ensure DeepHow delivers clear, quantifiable outcomes for our customers, driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Own all expansion and renewal motions for assigned enterprise accounts.

● Develop deep relationships with customer stakeholders, from frontline leaders to executive sponsors.

● Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities tied to additional sites, users, and product capabilities.

● Lead commercial conversations, including pricing, contract terms, and multi-year agreements.

● Partner with Customer Success to align platform adoption to measurable business outcomes.

● Travel onsite to customer locations to support executive reviews, QBRs, and expansion planning.

Required Experience

● 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS account management, renewals, or customer growth roles

● Extensive experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, energy, or life sciences environments

● Proven track record managing six-figure to seven-figure ARR accounts

● Strong executive presence and comfort leading C-level and VP-level conversations

● Experience navigating complex buying groups and procurement processes

Travel Requirement

● Minimum 50% travel, primarily to customer sites across North America
