The Role
We are looking for a Partner Alliance Manager to own and grow our strategic partner relationships across key channel partners. This is not a strategy role. It is a high-execution, follow-through-obsessed role for someone who treats partner commitments like sales targets and does not let anything drop.
Our strategic technology partnerships are among the most valuable assets we have. They open doors to enterprise accounts that would otherwise take months to access and generate warm inbound leads that convert faster than any outbound channel. But partnerships only deliver value when someone owns them relentlessly. This role exists to make the partner channel a reliable, scalable and measurable source of pipeline.
You will be the person who makes sure every introduction gets followed up, every co-marketing commitment gets delivered, and every partner relationship translates into real pipeline. If a strategic partner commits to making an introduction, you will make sure that introduction happens and happens fast.
What You’ll Own
• Own our primary strategic partner relationship end-to-end, be the day-to-day point of contact, attend community calls, and represent the company.
• Drive co-innovation with the partners - joint offering development and messaging - be the voice of the DeepHow product team to the partners.
• Follow up on every partner commitment without exception — introductions, co-marketing activities, joint pipeline — nothing gets left open
• Build and manage a partner pipeline tracker — every open commitment, every introduction in flight, every deal influenced by the partner channel
• Drive co-marketing activities with key partners — joint campaigns, co-branded content, webinars, and conference presence
• Identify and qualify new strategic partners — hardware vendors, system integrators, cloud providers, and industry ecosystem players
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align partner presence at conferences and events
• Work with marketing to develop joint value propositions and partner-specific sales plays
• Report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline to leadership monthly
Education & Experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in channel partnerships, technology alliances, or business development — ideally at a hardware, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS company
• Understanding of the technology ecosystem to drive co-innovation and joint value-proposition conversations.
• Proven track record of turning partner relationships into pipeline — not just managing relationships, but converting them to revenue
• Relentless follow-through — you do not let things sit, you do not wait to be chased, you close loops
• Experience working with large technology partners in the enterprise ecosystem (hardware vendors, cloud providers, ISVs, or similar)
• Strong communication skills — able to hold a room with a senior partner executive and also write a crisp follow-up email the same day.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product without needing to be managed
• Prior experience at a startup or early-stage company where you built a partner program from scratch
