Job Title: Vision AI Platform Product Management Leader

Location: Remote (US-based)

Reports To: CTO

About DeepHow

DeepHow is a Physical AI platform for industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and utilities that helps organizations capture expert know-how, turn it into dynamic work instructions, and drive verified execution on the front line.

The platform spans knowledge capture and sharing, AI-powered verification through Smart Compare and photo/video validation, and time and motion intelligence through guided workflows, SOP adherence, and real-time execution visibility. DeepHow supports customers from knowledge capture to verified execution, with strategic account expansion often centered on verification, AI-guided workflows, and time and motion intelligence.

The role

We need a product leader to turn our vision AI products, Factory Flow Intelligence (FFI) and Live SOP Verification (LSV), into a platform that developers, system integrators and customers can deploy and build on themselves.

What this role requires ( Please apply only if you have the first two.)

  • Developer or data science platform pricing (required). You have built and priced a developer platform or data science platform. You know how these platforms work in practice, including consumption-based pricing.
  • Computer vision (required). You have a strong understanding of computer vision technologies and can go deep with our AI team and technical buyers.
  • Manufacturing (big advantage). You have worked in or sold into the manufacturing domain, such as industrial operations, automation, or operational technology.

What you will do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for FFI and LSP, from vision to release.
  • Move the platform from high-touch delivery to a self-serve model that customers and partners can run on their own.
  • Set the pricing and packaging model (consumption, per camera, per site, or a mix) and make it stick.
  • Build and manage partnerships with system integrators as the delivery layer for larger customers.
  • Bring market and customer feedback into the roadmap and share it with engineering, sales, and leadership.
  • Work closely with our AI and engineering leaders to turn complex technology into clear products, docs, and onboarding.
  • Support sales on key deals, customer briefings, and partner conversations.
  • Define success metrics for adoption, margin, and partner-led revenue, and report on them.

What you bring

  • 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 in senior platform or developer-platform roles.
  • A track record of taking a platform from custom, hands-on deployments to self-serve at scale.
  • Hands-on experience setting pricing and commercial models for a platform or API business.
  • Experience building partner or system integrator ecosystems.
  • Strong enough technical grounding to work as a peer with AI and engineering leaders.
  • Clear, direct communication with executives, customers, and partners.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and pace in a growth-stage company.

Nice to have

  • Background in manufacturing, industrial tech, or regulated industries such as pharma.
  • Experience with computer vision, edge AI, or IoT platforms.
  • Experience working with large system integrators
  • Experience working with global teams
