We're seeking an Experienced Implementation Analyst to join our growing Customer Success team in our Sydney office. This is a technical, customer-facing role focused on effectively leading onboarding projects to help businesses around the world adopt our product.
You will be:
Working with the customer's finance and commercial teams, you will use your problem-solving capabilities to help design and implement a configured software solution which meets the customer's requirements
You will be managing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders to help design & deliver solutions within the software and guide the customer through their testing and adoption phases.
As an experienced member of the Customer Success team, you will be a key part in delivering value to customers including onboarding, customer training, help desk support triage, help centre content and new feature roll-outs
We are looking for:
Track record of high achievement in your current technical, customer-facing role leading projects
Passion for helping customers solve their business problems
Effective communicator with strong project management skills
Quick learner with a desire to thrive in a fast-changing environment
Preferably at least 2 years of experience as a customer-facing implementation analyst, actively leading projects in a fintech or SAAS environment.
