Job Summary
As the Associate Operations Analyst, you will be exposed to a wide variety of functions within Customer Success and Customer Success Operations. As part of this role, you will help manage the data and reports that we use to maintain our performance and highlight when we are off track. You will also organize the events and messaging to ensure the entire team has the information they need and feels engaged with our global organization.
This role requires two main strengths and focuses: The first is a keen eye and understanding of data, and the systems reporting tools that hold that data. The second is the ability to communicate quickly and clearly with others to help successfully run our Customer Success meetings and messaging.
What we're asking you to do!
- Help Document Customer Stories to share as best practices, or as case studies for Marketing
- Learn our BI Dashboard Tools and learn how to configure reports and extract data for analysis by the broader CS teams.
- Update team data and manage software and distribution list access
- Run weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics reports and share with the team using templates including QBR data, ARR tracking, customer journey moves and more.
- Owning and sending out regular communications on our progress
- Help Setup and run our monthly CS All Hands Meetings including building the presentations and gathering materials from the team as required
- Help review documentation to ensure that it is staying in compliance
- Investigate data issues and either solve or help co-ordinate the process to solve those issues in our reporting tools.
- Work with other departments such as sales and marketing to help deliver access to customer data points
What we're asking you to bring!
- A bachelor's degree or higher (ideally in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Communications with a Data focus)
- 2+ years experience working in an operations analyst or communications role
- Strong Project management practices to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously
- A strong ability to develop and write clear communications
- An attention to detail around building, maintaining and running standard reports
- Capable of explaining complex issues and situations clearly
- Strong multitasking and effective time management abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude to support the team where necessary
