For candidates hired in the United States, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is $80,000 - $260,000/year. This salary/OTE range represents the national low and high end of the salary or OTE (Sales roles) range for this position and is subject to change at any time.
To determine an Enablee's starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. This position may also be considered a promotional opportunity.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Enable’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as the option to purchase company shares, as appropriately approved by the Company’s Board of Directors in accordance with Enable’s Equity Purchase Plan. As a Solutions Architect, you’ll support both our Revenue and our Customer Success teams.
The mandate of the Solutions Architecture team is to engage with large or complex prospects and customers in sales and POC stages to:
· Design processes and workarounds in situations where the requirements exceed the current Enable product functionality.
· Discover integration needs and propose integration methods and partners to complement Enable functionality.
· Recommend process, staffing, and strategy adjustments to achieve faster time-to-value and higher ROI.
The Solutions Architect role involves extensive cross-functional collaboration. In particular, you’ll need to collaborate with:
· Our Strategic Advisory team to provide Enable-specific solutions and advice as a follow up to the team’s strategy discussions and process audits.
· Our Value Consulting team to provide a plan for solving unique business challenges for the most complex or global Enable customers.
· Our Partnerships team to validate the capability of identified partners while actively searching for relevant extensions to the Enable value proposition.
· The Solutions Consulting team to provide a further discovery path for prospects who request unusual, unique, or out-of-scope functionality that’s not on the Product Roadmap or can’t be demonstrated.
· Our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth implementation by providing a well-developed plan for implementing Enable.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our Integrations team to develop and maintain your knowledge of our integration capability.
  • Lead for the Revenue team on data and integration, proposing solutions to both potential partners and potential customers.
  • Design solutions to non-standard problems.
  • Respond to technical or process queries from potential partners and customers.
  • Provide advice on process, staffing, or strategy to prospects and customers.
  • Contribute to internal training materials.
  • Analyse trends to produce recommendations for the Engineering, Product Management and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • Experience of implementing rebate or pricing solutions for large customers.
  • Experience of working in SaaS, with an emphasis on process design or data & integration and a customer facing element.
  • Knowledge of some of the tools that we typically need to integrate Enable with, such as ERP systems, FP&A tools, MDM tools, BI tools or ETL tools.
  • Understanding of the processes that surround rebate management / optimisation and how software can help.
