Job Summary
As a Solutions Analyst, you will play a key part in delivering a world-class sales experience to Enable’s prospects. We are looking for someone who has a passion for using technology to solve unique problems. The Solutions Analyst role represents a great opportunity for career growth. The obvious career path would be to progress to a role as a Solutions Consultant, but the Solutions Analyst role could also act as a stepping stone to a role as a Product Manager, as an Account Executive, or as an Implementation Analyst.
You will be responsible for supporting the Revenue team in a technical, internally facing capacity. You will support Enable’s Solutions Consultants, Account Executives, Value Consultants and Solutions Architects, as outlined below:
Solutions Consultants (SCs)
•Ensure SCs have the resources they need to deliver compelling demonstrations of the Enable platform; this may involve the creation of custom data sets or custom instances of the Enable platform.
Account Executives (AEs)
•Support sales cycles by creating bespoke resources and coordinating the work required to complete technical questionnaires from prospects.
Solutions Architects & Value Consultants
•Take on ad hoc requests for support. This could include conducting a data analysis, advising on platform configuration, or joining a call with a partner company.
Working on the Solutions Analyst team offers a rare opportunity to tackle a wide range of projects and collaborate with a broad set of Enable teams. Though the majority of tasks are technical in nature – in that they require the use of data transformation, platform configuration, or automation through scripting – each will allow you to demonstrate creativity, be it in your approach to addressing the problem or in your approach to presenting the results.
You will be expected to both support and enable members of the Revenue team. Hence, you need to demonstrate the ability to convey complex topics in a useful, friendly, and engaging way. Being part of an active sales cycle also means you’ll often need to work to tight deadlines, so a willingness to go above and beyond in key moments is crucial.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Maintain and develop standard datasets that allow Enable Solutions Consultants to deliver compelling demonstrations of the Enable platform to a wide range of prospects.
•Configure custom product demonstrations that include prospects’ deals and data, in collaboration with a Solutions Consultant.
•Contribute to the creation of Statements of Work for both new and existing customers.
•Contribute to Enable’s response to RFIs (security questionnaires, RFPs, etc).
•Maintain the library content we use to streamline the process of responding to RFIs.
•Provide updates and training to team members through clear and succinct written and oral communication.
•Identify opportunities for process improvement, whether by introducing a new process or improving an existing one.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•Appetite for a sales-focused role within B2B SaaS.
•Willingness to develop a deep understanding of both the Enable product and Enable’s target industries.
•Ability to work effectively under pressure and provide deliverables to agreed timelines.
•Ability to quickly develop a clear understanding of what’s required to achieve an objective.
•Willingness to work independently, seeking support as required rather than waiting for direction.
•Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
•Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Required Education and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Hands-on experience of analysis projects gained in education or in the workplace.
Desired Education and Experience
•Previous workplace experience.

Salary/OTE is just one component of Enable’s total rewards package.
