Job Summary
As an Associate Implementation Analyst, you will be a member of our Customer Success (CS) team. You will work as part of an implementation team, alongside a Customer Success Manager (CSM), to deliver value to our customers through Enable’s software. A key element of your role will be understanding the requirements of customers and working to configure solutions that fulfill these requirements. This will include delivering training to customers, validating data and providing ongoing support for the software once it has been adopted by customers.

What we are asking you to do!

  • Rapidly master the details of the Enable software, enabling you to assume greater responsibility by taking the lead on SMB implementations and supporting on larger projects.
  • Attend Customer and internal meetings and capturing key points and actions for distribution.
  • Collaborate with customers’ finance and commercial teams, using your numerical and problem-solving skills to understand business processes.
  • Receive, understand and manipulate customer data, primarily using Excel.
  • Work alongside experienced team members to conduct customer discovery, facilitating solution design and configuration to meet customer needs.
  • Provide customer support via our Helpdesk, triaging and responding to tickets.
  • Contribute to additional tasks within the Customer Success team, including cross-geographical efforts, to expedite business goal achievement.
  • Facilitate the training and development of new team members by sharing your expertise.
  • Regularly update internal tools and project plans such as GuideCx.

What we are asking you to bring!

  • A bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, or another numerate subject
  • Confident communication skills or customer facing experience
  • Proficient problem-solving skills
  • Capable of explaining complex issues and situations clearly
  • Ability to learn and digest information quickly
  • Strong multitasking and effective time management abilities
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude to support the team where necessary
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Collaborative team player

Salary/OTE is just one component of Enable’s total rewards package.
