As an Integrations Project Lead, you will be a leader within our growing integrations team who work to design and deliver customer data integrations in and out of Enable.
You will work as a player-coach to deliver integrations projects and be accountable for delivering challenging project requirements within agreed timeframes. You will be expected to act as an escalation point for customer concerns throughout integrations projects and be confident in customer-facing settings.
You will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised individual; a natural leader and a great communicator who is at ease dealing with all levels of stakeholders. You will have direct responsibility for identifying risks and coordinating integration projects. You will manage team capacity to ensure timely project delivery and balanced workload.
As an Integrations Project Lead, you will use your experience to drive best practice and ways of working within our Integrations team.

What we are asking you to do!

  • Facilitate and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and sprint retrospectives with the team. Identify and eliminate any challenges or obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring that they can achieve the sprint goals.
  • Assess and prioritise incoming requests from the Customer Success team to ensure that the team focuses on high-priority tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Act as a point of escalation for any urgent issues or concerns that are raised by stakeholders within Customer Success.
  • Oversee the team’s workload, balancing tasks and ensuring that work is distributed evenly.
  • Monitor the team’s productivity through key metrics and implement improvements to our software development process, in line with industry best practice, to ensure that the team is running efficiently.
  • Deliver code reviews and mentoring for team members to ensure that code is effective, performant, and legible. Provide additional support and training to new starters within the team.

What we are asking you to bring!

  • 5+ years of programming experience with knowledge of at least two languages. SQL and Python are our core languages and experience here is preferred but not essential.
  • 2+ years of experience leading agile software projects.
  • Experience working with ETL (Extract Transform Load) pipelines and knowledge of data solutions (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake).
  • Ability to demonstrate work that has pushed an organization forward, such as developing strategic plans and establishing and improving processes.
  • Proficiency with software tooling such as Git and Jira.
  • Experience with cloud platforms. We are hosted in Azure and experience of this is a strong preference, but other cloud platforms such as AWS are acceptable.
  • Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.

Salary/OTE is just one component of Enable’s total rewards package.
