We’re looking for a Creative Director to define and lead the visual identity, creative strategy, and execution for our brand and marketing programs. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the VP of Brand & Communications, internal marketing teams, and external agencies or freelancers to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative across digital, web, video, social, events, and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s creative vision across all marketing channel
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual identity standards
- Manage external creative partners and freelance resources to deliver consistent, high-quality creative
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen teams to ensure creative supports both strategic and campaign goals
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in hypergrowth SaaS companies
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and campaign work
- Experience leading creative projects with agencies and freelancers
- Exceptional visual storytelling, design direction, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
