Job Summary
As Senior Product Manager at Enable, you will lead the evolution of our rebate platform by integrating AI‑powered capabilities, streamlining workflows with AI tools, and defining a strategic roadmap for AI‑driven features. You will partner cross‑functionally to deliver intelligent product enhancements that automate, optimize, and scale rebate/pricing operations using machine learning and workflow automation. You will help shape Enable’s AI product strategy by identifying opportunities for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, smart recommendations, and automation-centered user experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership, engineering, design, and data science to define and communicate an AI‑enhanced product vision aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct research and customer discovery to identify opportunities for automation, predictive insights, and agentic workflows.
  • Build and own the product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact AI/ML features, data workflows, and automation improvements.
  • Translate customer needs into clear requirements for AI capabilities, ensuring data quality, scalability, and responsible AI practices.
  • Lead development cycles for AI-enabled features, including data preparation, experimentation, model validation, and user testing.
  • Ensure AI experiences are intuitive, ethical, and valuable — such as forecasting, recommendations, anomaly detection, and automated actions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, product marketing, and GTM teams to align on goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive product releases, setting success metrics and using customer feedback and analytics to measure impact and guide continuous improvement.
  • Oversee testing of AI features including model validation, performance monitoring, and UAT.
  • Act as the primary communication hub for stakeholders, providing transparency on priorities, progress, decisions, and timelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Strong proficiency in building and delivering product roadmaps with a focus on execution excellence.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as predictive analytics, data pipelines, and model monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience partnering with data science or ML engineering teams.
  • Ability to translate complex AI/technical concepts into clear business and user value.
  • Ability to make well-reasoned decisions and prioritize effectively to navigate ambiguous situations
  • Comfort working with agile methodologies and integrating AI workflows into product processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to align on goals and product direction.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and drive alignment across teams.
  • User‑centric mindset with commitment to building intuitive, trustworthy AI features.

Required Education and Experience

  • 7+ years of product management experience preferably in a B2B environment; having B2C experience as well is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience shipping AI/ML, Data or Analytics products within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working directly with data science teams to define AI functionality and interpret model outputs.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and ethical considerations for enterprise AI.
  • Experience in launching and managing go-to-market strategies for products.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, or similar) with a technical or data emphasis.
