We’re seeking an exceptional CTO to join our leadership team. As CTO, you will play a pivotal role in driving Flarion’s technical strategy and execution while shaping the future of Big Data infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to lead a talented team, make critical architectural decisions, and directly influence the evolution of transformative technology.
Key Responsibilities:
As CTO, you will:
- Define and execute Flarion’s technological vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive research initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class Low-level engineering team, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced distributed data systems and low-level software.
- Make critical architectural and technology decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with other executives to shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and bold innovation
Requirements:
We’re looking for a technical leader with:
- Extensive experience in low-level systems programming, with expertise in Rust, C++, or C.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, memory management, and concurrency.
- Proven track record of building and scaling performance-critical systems and distributed data infrastructure.
- Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical strategies.
- Experience in mentoring and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
