We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Low-Level Engineer to join our core team. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer at Flarion, you will:
- Design, implement, and optimize low-level software systems using Rust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate low-level components into larger systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in high-performance environments.
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise to foster technical growth and excellence.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and propose improvements to existing systems, processes, and performance.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade low-level systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Rust, C++, or C, with a deep understanding of memory management, concurrency, and system architecture.
- Strong knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, and networking protocols.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
