The Treasury team at Gemini connects product strategy with financial execution. We build the funding infrastructure and liquidity solutions that enable our crypto and traditional finance products, ensuring clients get reliable service whether they're trading Bitcoin or managing cash.
The Role: Senior Associate, Liquidity and Funding
Gemini is looking for a Liquidity & Funding Senior Associate to join our Treasury team to play a critical role in structuring and executing funding facilities from concept to close as well as optimizing liquidity across investments, cryptocurrencies and fiat. This role will work closely with Accounting, Funding Operations, Cash Management, Legal and FP&A to transform strategic vision into executable reality. The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by open-ended problem solving.
This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $92,400 - $132,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
In the United States, employees within the New York, Seattle, and Miami metropolitan areas are expected to work from the designated office twice a week, unless there is a job-specific requirement to be in the office every work day. We believe our hybrid approach for those near our NYC, Seattle, and Miami offices increases productivity through more in-person collaboration where possible. Employees outside of these areas are considered part of our remote-first workforce.
