QA Software Engineer
Inspirit is looking for a QA Software Engineer (full-time) India to join our team.
We are looking for a talented, self-motivated QA Software Engineer with some automation experience to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products. The successful candidate will design, develop and maintain automated tests in order to verify product requirements, identify and report software defects, and contribute to the overall quality assurance process.

Founded by a team of Stanford University and Georgia Tech researchers, Inspirit, is an immersive educational platform providing the tools instructors need to create interactive lessons for students to experience science, in ways that were considered impossible before.

What Will You Do? ​
Identify and execute manual and automated tests to verify quality and performance expectations.
Identify areas of improvement in the automation process.
Develop automated tests using scripting and automated testing tools.
Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Log and monitor software defects.
Report defects to the technical team.
Perform regression tests to verify software performance and functionality.
What Skills Do you Need to Succeed? ​
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
3+ year of experience in software testing and automation
Knowledge of the software development life cycle
Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
Familiarity with test management tools
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
