What will you do? 🌟
We're seeking a dynamic, driven, and relationship-focused Sales Director to join our direct sales team for the midwestern part of the United States. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Strong experience, understanding and deep networks in the Edtech industry/landscape in the US is a must.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to build the pipeline in your territory
Leverage your exceptional networking skills to establish connections and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including district administrators, school principals, and influential individuals in the education community.
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within the educational sector, meeting or exceeding sales targets
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition of our educational technology solutions.
Continually monitor and understand the competitive landscape and market trends in the educational technology sector to adjust sales strategies as needed.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and promote our brand.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions and strategies.
Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management during sales meetings
Adopt and utilize consultative sales strategies to meet assigned quota on an annual basis.
Schedule a minimum of 30 sales demonstrations per month
Manage the sales lifecycle from initial prospect and cold outreach through product demonstration and final contract negotiation and preparation.
Display a strong work ethic and a willingness to do whatever it takes to meet and exceed sales targets.
Be self-motivated and driven to consistently deliver exceptional results.
Take initiative, be proactive, and go above and beyond expectations to drive business success.
Become an evangelist for InspiritVR and it’s product impact on education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
6+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the EdTech sector.
