About ​
At Inspirit, we build experiential learning tools that transform K12 education.
Product: We currently have innovative experiences in STEM (math and science), career discovery, and career training content accessible in virtual reality, augmented reality, and on computers for students in middle and high school.
Growth: Our founders started Inspirit while doing research in VR & education at Stanford University and Georgia Tech, and have grown Inspirit into a community of 300K+ students and teachers in the last 12 months alone.

Producer (Project Manager)
As a Producer (Project Manager) at Inspirit you will play a crucial role in content creation and delivery management for our products. You will work closely with the product team to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enable the end-to-end content & project lifecycle, from ideation to final delivery.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the content creation team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, developers, and subject matter experts.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues, implementing appropriate solutions.
Conduct regular meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed about project milestones and deliverables.
Ensure the quality of content and adherence to project requirements and standards.
Assist in the development and improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the Ed-tech industry or content creation field.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Experience with content creation and familiarity with educational technology is highly desirable.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
