Inspirit is seeking to hire an exceptional Senior Customer Engagement Manager to join our team!

Product: Inspirit is an Innovative content provider for middle and high school students. We currently have innovative experiences in STEM (math and science), career discovery, and career training content accessible in virtual reality, augmented reality, and on the web.
Growth: Our founders started Inspirit while doing research in VR & education at Stanford University and Georgia Tech, and have grown Inspirit into a community of 300K+ students and teachers in the last 12 months alone.

What will you do? 🌟

Professional Development:
Design and conduct comprehensive training sessions for educators, administrators, and other stakeholders on the effective use of VR educational software.
Develop instructional materials, user guides, and online resources to support ongoing learning and implementation.
‘Productize’ professional development by creating synchronous and asynchronous curriculum for different personas.
Stay current with educational trends, VR advancements, and best practices in STEM and CTE education to continuously improve training content.
Customer Success:
Monitor customer engagement metrics and develop strategies to increase customer engagement, renewals, expansions, and success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of VR solutions into their curricula and training programs.
Monitor customer usage and feedback, proactively addressing any issues and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the sales, product development, and marketing teams to align professional development initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new feature development.
Create and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, workforce development programs, and community colleges to foster a community of practice and support.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to professional development activities and customer success metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of training programs, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications 🎆

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in professional development, training, or customer success within the education technology sector.
Strong knowledge of STEM and CTE education, with experience in K-12, workforce development, and/or community college settings.
Proficiency with virtual reality technologies and a passion for innovative educational tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
