Position: Implementation Project Manager, Workforce Development

As part of the Customer Success team, the Implementation Manager will lead workforce development customers through onboarding and implementation of their overall training program and offerings.

This implementation role supports end users to ensure they are fully adopting and integrating our courses in connection with our platform, as well as 3rd party Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role will also provide technical support and onboarding assistance to the users of our SaaS learning platform while managing a smooth transition to our Account Management team for continued service and use.

Candidates local to Austin preferred (employee-led hybrid schedule). However, we will consider 100% remote candidates!

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with new customers to help prepare the next generation of skill workers by implementing Interplay Learnings SkillMill training platform
  • Where applicable, work closely with new customers to implement new courses and processes into their LMS platforms, including configuration, information workflow, training new users, go-live support and best practices optimization.
  • Manage the technical and project management portions of onboarding new customers.
  • Understand customer use cases and provide guidance on how Interplay Learning courses can be leveraged to meet and exceed these goals.
  • Operate cross-functionally throughout the organization, communicating customer needs and project objectives to ensure a successful implementation.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team during onboarding and culminating in a successful handoff when the implementation has been completed but not limited to creating handoff documentation, resources and customer feedback.
  • Upload and test course content while assisting learners with course assignments, access, and completion.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with customers and stakeholders (verbally and in writing).

Who you are:

  • Experience in developing and delivering train the trainer programs to diverse audiences
  • Well-versed in implementation, project management, and training methodologies with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Patient and effective communicator
  • Works well in a client facing role, good presentation skills
  • Highly organized, ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
  • Comfortable with a fast pace, without compromising quality work


  • 3+ years experience in implementation/project management in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with workforce development customers, or non-profit account management
  • Experience with one or more of the following tools: Jira, Zoom, Churnzero, Stripe, Netsuite, Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle or other virtual learning tools
  • Start-up experience a plus
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience with LMS systems
  • Knowledge of SCORM communication protocols
  • Industry acumen (learning and development)

Pay: $65,000-$80,000 + 5% Bonus
