Position: Sr. Director, Revenue Operations

The Sr. Director, Revenue Operations will be a key strategic leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing all revenue-generating processes including sales, marketing and customer success. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance with close coordination with both the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations will be the primary leader of go-to-market/GTM performance management information & processes. This will include leading the recent implementation of a tech stack (Salesforce + others) and ensure the seamless integration of various tools and platforms. This role will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and supporting the overall revenue strategy.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to demonstrate experience running RevOps or being second in command. We are particularly interested in candidates who have been with a high growth company, and have been instrumental in scaling operations and process from $50M-$100M in annual revenue. What you’ll do:

Revenue Operations Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Establish and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive revenue growth.

Technology Integration:

  • Lead the integration of Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft Customer Engagement, Clari Forecasting & Analytics, and Highspot Revenue Enablement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a smooth rollout of the new technology stack.
  • Develop and execute a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Sales and Revenue Enablement:

  • Ensure the sales and customer success teams are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop a strategy to leverage AI tools and processes for productivity within the revenue org. Collaborate with the AI council to align with corporate AI strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and nurturing efforts with sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including playbooks, training programs, and performance dashboards.

Forecasting and Analytics:

  • Oversee the implementation of Clari Forecasting & Analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and visibility into the sales pipeline.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Regularly report on revenue performance and provide actionable recommendations to the CRO, CFO and executive team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the CRO and other senior leaders to align revenue operations with overall business strategy.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and other departments to drive cohesive and integrated revenue initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between technology vendors and internal teams to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role for a SaaS and Services company with over $100M in revenue.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong expertise in implementing and managing revenue management technology, including Salesforce CRM and preferably SalesLoft, Clari, and Highspot.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.
  • Following offer, all roles require I-9 verification, E-Verify, a background check, and a drug and alcohol test.

Pay: approximately $200k OTE (base + variable)
