Content Lead Strategist - Full-Time (3+ YOE)

We are looking for a world-class Content Writer who can think strategically, write with clarity, and deliver high-quality content at speed. This is not a standard writing role we’re looking for someone who can own the content engine, scale it, and raise the bar across everything from blogs to eBooks to case studies.
You’ll be the go-to person for content quality, working directly with the leadership team to ensure every piece is top-notch and drives measurable impact.

What You’ll Do
- Content Review & Editing:
- Review and polish blogs written by agency to Tier-1 quality standards.
- Content Creation:
- Write high-impact blogs, long-form content, case studies, eBooks, and templates.
- Create assets that support growth, demand gen, and sales enablement.
- Strategic Content Projects:
- Collaborate with leadership to produce reports, playbooks, and industry-leading guides each quarter.
- Work closely with SEO, product, and design teams to build content that ranks and converts.
- Top 1% Writing Ability – crisp, clear, compelling, and human-sounding content.
- Smart & Resourceful – can take complex ideas (AI, SaaS, RFP workflows, etc.) and simplify them.
- Self-starter, proactive, and with a strong sense of ownership.
- Editorial Mindset – understands tone, flow, and storytelling, not just grammar.
- Growth-Oriented – thinks about how content drives traffic, leads, and authority.
- 3–5+ years of professional writing/editing experience (B2B SaaS or tech preferred).
- Proven track record of publishing content that ranks, converts, or gets recognized.
- Strong research skills can dive into technical/product topics and explain them simply.
- Experience with SEO and familiarity with AI/tech space is a big plus.
- Portfolio of quality writing (blogs, eBooks, reports, or case studies).
- Work with a fast-growing AI SaaS company making waves in the RFP automation space.
