About Inventive AI
Inventive is building an AI-powered knowledge management platform for B2B sales teams. Our current focus is to automate parts of sales bidding (RFPs) and security review (questionnaires) workflows using existing knowledge bases in enterprises.
We recently graduated from YCombinator and have raised a seed round from Valley's top investors. Our founding team comprises a repeat founder with a successful exit (post series-B), and product & research leaders from Google AI and Stanford AI.
What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Own quality from day one. Create detailed, thorough test plans and cases that cover happy paths, edge cases and failure modes for our AI-powered platform.
- Hunt bugs before users do. Manually test AI response accuracy, knowledge base integrations (SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence), and end-to-end RFP workflows. Reproduce, document and track defects, then verify fixes with solid regression suites.
- Automate the boring stuff. Design, build and maintain test-automation pipelines with open-source frameworks and scripting languages you love. Focus on automating stable features while handling manual testing for our fast-moving AI capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with engineers, founders and designers to define requirements and bake quality into every feature. Provide clear feedback on AI model performance and user experience.
- Measure and improve. Establish QA metrics—defect density, time-to-resolution, test-coverage trends, AI accuracy rates—and drive continuous improvement across our platform.
- Stay current. Evaluate new tools, frameworks and strategies so our test stack evolves along with our cutting-edge AI technology.
- Extremely smart, superstar QA tester
- 3-5 years of QA testing experience, preferably in SaaS or AI/ML products.
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and testing methodologies
