We deploy edge AI cameras to digitize all steps of manual assembly work which helps people-driven manufacturing be accurate, reliable, and safe. As a result, our clients can:
· Minimize rework or scrap by informing line workers if they missed any steps.
· Conduct automated time & motion studies to analyze work cells and full lines.
· Train line operators faster, using an AI coach to provide real-time feedback.
· Massively reduce time spent on root-cause by searching across 100s of edge AI cameras using a single product ID (without any scalability issues)

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director to help us promote our platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding. This person must be able to work independently with little direction and interact with stakeholders on a regular basis. The role also requires a deep understanding of what makes people tick, as well as a drive to deliver solutions that make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of business-to-business marketing strategy by working closely with stakeholders, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our platform.
  • Be the champion of the consumer, ensuring their voice is driving all that we do in the development of our products and marketing efforts.
  • Lead core Product Marketing functions including competitive analysis, market fit, value props, product positioning and GTM strategy.
  • Expand upon current vertical, as well as helping the company open new verticals.
  • Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience at an agency and/or software/hardware technology company.
  • This role will be heavily hands-on. Must have the ability to play, not just coach!
  • Experience marketing to manufacturing companies is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills.
  • Creative-minded and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to balance day-to-day execution and big-picture, strategic thinking.
