Business Development Manager, SDK
As a Business Development Manager at Krisp, you will be the first point of contact for our inbound developer and enterprise leads. Your mission is to engage potential partners, understand their needs, and guide them through the journey from initial conversation to proof-of-concept (POC) and commercial license agreement.
You’ll collaborate closely with our technical and product teams to ensure prospects experience the value of Krisp technology firsthand. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying high-potential opportunities, managing the early sales funnel, and ensuring successful conversions from POC to production use.
What you'll do
- Engage with inbound leads from developers, enterprises, and platform partners to qualify opportunities and uncover their Voice AI goals.
- Coordinate with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to structure and execute effective POCs that demonstrate Krisp’s value.
- Manage the full early sales cycle — from discovery and technical evaluation through to commercial negotiations and license execution.
- Build relationships with key decision makers, including business and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking in CRM and provide clear forecasting for pipeline development.
- Represent Krisp in partner and industry events with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to continuously refine the inbound-to-conversion process.
What we are looking for
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or technical sales roles, ideally within SaaS, APIs, or developer platform ecosystems.
- Proven track record of managing inbound sales pipelines and converting technical evaluations into commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of developer-driven products and/or Voice AI, SDKs, or embedded software solutions.
- Excellent communicator able to engage both technical and executive audiences.
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Hands-on, curious, and proactive problem solver who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional settings.
- Demonstrated ability to work with engineering teams and understand technical product value.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
