Product Marketing Manager

Our AI improves the clarity, productivity, and efficiency of agent-customer interactions by eliminating background distractions, refining accents, enabling multilingual communication, and providing AI-powered productivity before, during, and after calls.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support key go-to-market initiatives for Krisp’s Call Center AI business line. You’ll help communicate complex AI features in a clear, relatable way externally – to call center leaders, agents, and partners, as well as internally. Working closely with Product and GTM teams, you’ll help bring new features to market, build strong narratives, and create content that drives understanding and adoption.

What you'll do
- Support planning and execution of product launches and release communication across email, website, and in-app channels.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to craft messaging and positioning for Krisp’s Call Center AI solutions.
- Help create customer-facing content — feature announcements, demo scripts, customer stories, and enablement assets — that make Krisp’s technology easy to understand and adopt.
- Contribute to customer marketing initiatives that highlight real-world success stories and reinforce Krisp’s impact in the call center industry.
- Support the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing materials such as pitch decks, product overviews, and case studies.
- Conduct market and competitive research to help the team stay informed about trends and opportunities.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a closely related field such as marketing communications, product management, or content marketing at a SaaS company.
- Understanding of product launches, release communication, and go-to-market activities.
- Experience in crafting clear, concise, and engaging content for different audiences and channels.
- Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working cross-functionally and translating technical features into customer value.
- Strong sense of ownership and a continuous learning mindset — eager to grow, experiment, and take initiative in a fast-evolving AI space.
- Curiosity about AI and enterprise communication technologies.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, or customer service industries is a plus.
