We’re looking for a high-energy Integrated Marketing Manager to drive cross-channel campaigns that elevate Krisp’s brand and accelerate growth. This role spans content, events, social, email, and PR — turning stories about our technology and impact into measurable business results.

You’ll partner closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and design to drive integrated programs that connect awareness, engagement, and conversion. This is a hands-on role for a builder who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution: fast, resourceful, and focused on impact in a crowded market.

While we’re a globally dispersed, remote-first company, we are looking for someone who sits in central or eastern time zones for this role.

What you'll do
  • Campaigns & Content: Partner with Product, Sales, CX, and Design to turn Krisp’s technology and customer outcomes into sharp, credible stories. Create and distribute high-performing content across email, web, social, events, and publications.
  • Integrated Programs: Build and execute multi-channel campaigns that connect awareness, engagement, and conversion. Turn individual content pieces into cohesive, repeatable programs.
  • Events: Scale physical and virtual events across business lines, from industry conferences to owned experiences that strengthen Krisp’s presence and pipeline.
  • Communications: Develop marketing communications that shape perception and trust. Support PR, analyst, and partnership efforts with crisp, consistent messaging.
  • Community & Social: Lead Krisp’s presence across social and community channels. Drive meaningful engagement and thought leadership, not vanity metrics.
  • Measure & Optimize: Move fast, test often, and use data to refine what works. You will report outcomes, not activities.
What we are looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with focus on integrated marketing across marketing engines
  • Proven ability to build and run integrated programs across web, social, events, and media
  • Strong narrative instinct; you can simplify complex technology into compelling stories for nuanced audiences
  • Data-driven mindset; you make decisions based on impact, not opinion
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally and independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and AI-powered tools is a plus
  • High-energy builder with a bias for action
  • Clear communicator, proactive operator, and strategic thinker.

The base salary range for this role is $85,000-$115,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
