Integrated Growth Marketing Manager
The Integrated Growth Marketing Manager will connect Krisp’s brand, content, and campaigns into a unified growth engine. This role blends strategy and execution — turning content, events, and research into programs that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable pipeline. You’ll own the integrated campaign playbook, build and optimize our first ABM motion, and ensure Krisp shows up with the right message, in the right channels, at the right time.
This is a hands-on role for a builder who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution: fast, resourceful, and focused on impact in a crowded market.
While we’re a globally dispersed, remote-first company, we are looking for someone who sits in central or eastern time zones for this role.
What you'll do
- Campaigns & Content: Partner with Product, Sales, CX, and Design to turn Krisp’s technology and customer outcomes into sharp, credible stories. Create and distribute high-performing content across email, web, social, events, and publications.
- Integrated Programs: Build, run, and refine integrated playbooks that connect awareness, engagement, and conversion. Turn individual campaigns into cohesive, repeatable programs across the full customer lifecycle.
- Events: Help scale physical and virtual events, from industry conferences to owned experiences that strengthen Krisp’s presence and drive pipeline. Maximize ROI by integrating them into broader campaign plans.
- Account-Based Marketing: Design, pilot, and scale Krisp’s first ABM motion targeting high-value enterprise accounts. Partner with RevOps and Sales to define account segments, tailor messaging, and track results.
- GTM Enablement: Build the motion GTM teams use to engage and convert prospects including outbound templates, ABM plays, and nurture flows that drive consistent, scalable pipeline impact.
- Community & Social: Lead Krisp’s presence across social and community channels. Drive meaningful engagement and growth, not vanity metrics.
- Measure & Optimize: Move fast, test often, and use data to refine what works. You will report outcomes, not activities.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with focus on integrated campaigns across marketing engines.
- Proven ability to build and run integrated programs across web, social, events, and media that drive awareness and generate demand.
- A strategic storyteller who can translate product value and customer insights into compelling, credible narratives across channels.
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaign orchestration, from email and social to events, content, and ABM.
- Operational know-how and appetite to design and execute account-based marketing programs, partnering closely with Sales and RevOps.
- A builder’s mindset: resourceful, data-informed, and comfortable in an environment that values iteration over perfection.
- Data-driven approach: you make decisions based on impact, not opinion.
- Comfortable operating cross-functionally and independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, AI-powered marketing tools, and ABM platforms is a plus.
- Clear communicator, proactive operator, and strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
