You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in research, engineering, data, design, finance, and legal to deliver best-in-class features and optimizations.

What you'll do
- Define product strategy for Krisp AI meeting notes and Voice AI
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build and optimize features
- Work with the design team to turn feature and improvement ideas into working prototypes
- Work with Engineering managers to divide feature development into impactful and data-measurable iterations and cultivate fast shipping culture
- Build usage and performance charts in Amplitude
- Analyze user data and feedback to drive product insights and improvements
- Personally and continuously go through user flows to identify gap areas for optimization
- Optimize user experience and product performance
- Prioritize features and product updates based on impact and value
- Work with all stakeholders and teams to align business models and compliance
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and trends
- Be very hands on.
What we are looking for
- BS degree or higher in a related technical field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Product led growth experience
- Having a growth mindset and always striving to learn and improve
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
- Track record using data and user insights to prioritize and execute on the roadmap
- “Eye for design” – building user-centric experiences in collaboration with designers
- Being scrappy – can launch MVPs and iterate quickly based on learnings
- Entrepreneurial enthusiasm and grit, always willing to roll up your sleeves
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Caring deeply about teammates and actively working to uplift and improve the team and the team’s culture
- Understanding principles of what drives a team’s productivity.
