As an Associate Account Executive, you will support our commercial sales efforts by engaging with small and mid-sized prospects, assisting with inbound opportunities, and helping nurture our existing book of business. You will work closely with Senior AEs, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your sales career in an innovative, fast-moving international startup environment. We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and eager to learn the full sales cycle.

What you'll do
  • Support the management and growth of Krisp’s small and mid-size commercial accounts
  • Qualify and handle inbound leads, ensuring a smooth first-touch experience
  • Assist in developing outbound prospecting motions within the commercial segment
  • Collaborate closely with Senior AEs to prepare account plans, proposals, and outreach sequences
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success to ensure account health and identify expansion opportunities
  • Help with renewals by preparing materials, tracking timelines, and ensuring alignment between teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and support forecasting for your assigned pipeline
  • Join customer calls and demos (with guidance), gradually owning more of the process
  • Be open to occasional meetings with international prospects outside standard hours when needed.
What we are looking for
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a sales, SDR/BDR role (SaaS experience a plus)
  • Strong motivation to grow into a full-cycle AE role
  • Ability to prospect, research accounts, and generate your own leads with guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity about the SaaS industry and willingness to learn technical concepts
  • Strong organizational and basic project-management skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfort working with global teams and customers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) is a plus
  • Bonus: exposure to BPO/call center industries or high-volume customer environments.
