Offsite SEO Specialist

Your mission as an Offsite SEO Specialist is to grow Krisp’s organic visibility and authority through high-impact off-page SEO, earning high-quality mentions and links, running digital PR initiatives, building partnerships, and increasing Krisp’s presence across YouTube, Reddit, Quora, and relevant communities. You’ll also strengthen Krisp’s coverage in product reviews, roundups/listicles, and brand reputation sources, while supporting AI-driven discovery (AEO) so Krisp is cited in AI-powered search experiences (Google AI Overview/SGE, Bing Copilot, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini).
Working closely with the SEO Manager, Marketing Director, and Product Marketing, you’ll build scalable offsite programs that improve Brand visibility.
What you'll do
Offsite SEO & Authority Building
- Own and execute Krisp’s offsite SEO strategy for Krisp’s brand (priority product pages, landing pages, and content clusters).
- Earn high-quality editorial backlinks and brand mentions through outreach, relationship building, and campaign-led initiatives:
- Digital PR placements and thought leadership
- Guest contributions / expert commentary
- Resource pages, directories, and listings (ensure Krisp info is accurate and consistent)
- Unlinked mention reclamation and link recovery
- Roundups/listicles and high-intent comparison coverage (“best AI note taker”, “best noise cancellation”, etc.)
Reviews, Reputation & Brand Presence
- Partner with Product Marketing to improve presence across review platforms (e.g., G2, Capterra, Trustpilot): visibility, accuracy, content, and reputation levers.
- Monitor and protect Krisp’s brand reputation by identifying incorrect claims, outdated info, and missed opportunities across the web.
Community + Creator Visibility (Reddit / Quora / YouTube)
- Improve Krisp visibility across Reddit, Quora, and relevant communities through scalable playbooks and community-first engagement.
- Execute YouTube visibility initiatives: creator partnerships, reviews, integrations, sponsorships, and collaborations.
AEO / AI Visibility Support
- Support AI discovery by earning trusted mentions and citations on sources AI systems pull from.
- Track Krisp’s presence across AI answers and identify opportunities to improve citation rate and positioning.
Measurement & Reporting
- Track and report performance: referring domains, link quality, authority growth, AI visibility, rankings impact, referral traffic, branded lift, and conversions.
- Maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly offsite reporting.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in SEO with a strong focus on offsite SEO / digital PR (mid–senior level).
- Proven record of securing high-quality mentions and links on reputable sites and driving measurable organic impact.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals plus modern offsite concepts: entity SEO, topical authority, E-E-A-T, and AEO/AI discovery.
- Hands-on experience with outreach and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs/Semrush, BuzzStream/Pitchbox, Hunter, etc.).
- Experience building visibility through YouTube influencers and communities (Reddit/Quora)—creator partnerships, reviews/mentions, and community-first engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to connect offsite work to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
