Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Hacker/SDR at Kyros AI. The Growth Hacker/SDR will be responsible for growth hacking, sales outreach, and conversion optimization across channels. This individual must have strong results orientation and the ability and desire to own initiatives from start to finish. If successful, the Growth Hacker/SDR will lead a full, product-led growth motion.
Qualifications
- Growth Hacking, Conversion Optimization, and Marketing Strategy skills
- Sales outreach and prospecting experience
- Proficiency with tools, especially AI marketing tools, ability to scale their work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organization skills, ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience (or deep interest) in the education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, liberal arts, or a related field
Exact compensation will be based on skill and experience level and performance KPIs.
