About the Role :
We are looking for a professional to engage with our B2B clients to help them with insurance servicing on a daily basis. The role would include working on Loop’s ticketing system to work with the clients to ensure that they have a seamless experience using our insurance, healthcare, and technical products. The emphasis would be on providing prompt
resolution to the client on call and by email using our ticketing system.
