About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Finance leadership, you will be responsible for building various dashboards and analytics to provide visibility, transparency and real-time tracking of various business and financial metrics. You will be streamlining various activities through automation and dashboarding.

What you will do:

  • Revenue streamlining: Provide live visibility of consolidated revenue and margins across products, categories, clients, insurers and entities
  • Automated data reconciliation: Reconciliation of data across various systems and databases, within and outside the company; thereby providing one source of truth for all financial and business metrics
  • Data collation and building dashboards to provide visibility on Expenses vs. budget tracking by various cost and profit centers
  • Drive insights based on data that aids financial and business decision making
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic results through reports, emails, dashboards, and flowcharts

What you need to have:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis/Data Analytics/Statistics. Preferably within a technology-driven business
  • Advanced technical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
  • Demonstrated experience in R, SQL, Python, Google Analytics, building dashboards on Google sheets and other analytical tools
  • Experience of working on analytics in a Finance function is a bonus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
