About the Role
We are looking for a Product Success Specialist who will drive post-launch success of our products by making adoption frictionless for customers and internal teams. This role is hands-on and execution-focused: you’ll translate new product features into clear playbooks, empower sales and CX to deliver confidently, and design repeatable systems that reduce support burden. You’ll be the connector across product, Customer success, customer support, ops, and sales, ensuring that what we build gets used, loved, and scaled.A big part of this role is using AI and automation to accelerate execution — whether that’s building smart SOPs, creating AI-powered training content, or setting up automation to eliminate manual effort.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deep Product Expertise
  • Build strong working knowledge of Loop’s product suite.
  • Be the go-to expert for product workflows and edge cases.
  • Enablement & Adoption
  • Create onboarding guides, FAQs, and AI-powered knowledge bases for clients and teams.
  • Deliver training sessions (live + AI-assisted modules) for sales, CX, and ops.
  • Support client demos and onboarding alongside sales/CX.
  • SOP, Automation & AI
  • Draft, update, and automate SOPs for internal teams.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and support.
  • Identify repetitive processes and design automations that scale.
  • Cross-functional Feedback Loop
  • Capture client/user issues and frontline feedback.
  • Use AI-assisted analysis to synthesize patterns and generate insights for product/engineering.
  • Systems & Scaling
  • Track adoption and support metrics; surface blockers early.
  • Build AI-enabled dashboards, bots, or alerts to keep teams informed and reduce manual reporting.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Ability to quickly learn product details and explain them simply.
  • Strong documentation, training, and facilitation skills with an AI-first approach.
  • Hands-on with automation/AI tools
  • Analytical mindset: can use AI for structured problem-solving and insights.
  • Detail orientation: spots adoption blockers and fixes them proactively.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
  • Bias to action: thrives on execution and delivering impact fast.
