About the Role
We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager who can identify, close, and operationalize win-win partnerships across the insurance, wellness and lifestyle space spanning across fitness, mental health, financial perks, diagnostics, nutrition, travel, learning, and beyond.
You’ll own the full partnership lifecycle from scouting the right brands and negotiating commercials, to designing benefit constructs and ensuring seamless launch with internal teams.
This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy IC role for someone who loves deals, details, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Ecosystem Discovery & Partner Scouting- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize brands across wellness, lifestyle, and healthcare domains that can add value to corporate users. Build a structured partner pipeline across categories.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation - Lead end-to-end deal discussions with commercials, SLAs, and benefit constructs that are attractive yet sustainable. Balance partner economics, user appeal, and business goals.
Benefit Design & Economics - Craft bundle and voucher mechanics, discounts, and subscription structures that maximize user adoption and partner ROI. Own redemption analysis, margin dynamics, and leakage control.
Cross-Functional Program Management - Work with product, growth, marketing, and operations to launch partner benefits seamlessly. Build and maintain the partnership launch playbook.
Partner Relationship Management - Act as the single point of contact for partner brands and ensure smooth onboarding, performance tracking, and periodic reviews. Proactively address partner issues and renew key contracts.
Analytics & Performance Tracking - Define key metrics (activation, redemption, engagement, leakage) and own partner performance dashboards. Continuously optimize for adoption, margin, and retention impact.
Risk & Compliance Oversight - Identify operational or contractual risks early, set guardrails, and ensure compliance with internal and partner expectations.
What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years of hands-on experience in partnerships / alliances / brand collaborations / category management, ideally in e-commerce, fintech, healthtech, or consumer tech.
Proven record of closing and managing multiple partner relationships end-to-end.
Strong negotiation and commercial modeling skills, able to balance user value and partner sustainability.
Excellent program management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Analytical mindset: comfortable with dashboards, metrics, and financial implications.
Hustler DNA: ownership, resourcefulness, and a bias for action.
Bonus: prior exposure to wellness, healthcare, or employee benefits ecosystems.
