Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Content Marketing Specialist who can own Loop's social presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, and YouTube. This is a full-stack marketing role where you won't just manage content calendars. You'll be the face of Loop: running on-ground campaigns, creating videos, repurposing and posting content, running influencer marketing and building our brand with the same energy and creativity as a modern B2C brand. The ideal candidate thrives in front of the camera, ships content fast, and understands that healthcare doesn't have to be boring.
We're looking for someone who is digital-first and lives on the internet—glued to their screen, tracking trends in real-time, and ready to react fast when something breaks. You should be the person who spots a viral moment before it peaks and knows exactly how to ride it. Beyond brand socials, you'll also have eyes on founder accounts, influencer opportunities, and the broader healthcare & wellness conversation online.

Responsibilities

Own and grow Loop's presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, and YouTube, treating each platform strategically while maintaining brand consistency.
Support and manage founder social media accounts. Helping craft their voice, ghostwriting, and amplifying their thought leadership in the healthcare/HR space.
Be the on-camera face of Loop—comfortable creating talking-head videos, reels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns at client offices, wellness events, and industry conferences.
Create and edit short-form video and text content rapidly—from concept to publish—with a keen eye for what works on each platform.
Manage influencer partnerships and campaigns, from identifying relevant creators to coordinating deliverables and measuring impact.
Collaborate with the design and video teams to review content, provide feedback, and ensure high creative standards.
Monitor social analytics daily, identify trends, and iterate quickly based on what's working.
Support employee advocacy initiatives by enabling Loopers to create and share content on their personal profiles.
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral content formats to keep Loop's content fresh and relevant.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or brand marketing.
Proven ability to grow social media accounts with measurable results (follower growth, engagement rates, viral content).
Comfortable and confident on camera—you've created content featuring yourself before.
Storyteller first, creator second, You can build narratives and strong storylines strategically
Excellent communication skills—both written (copywriting, captions) and verbal (videos, presentations).
A "ship fast" mentality—you prioritize getting good content out over perfecting content that never ships.
Handy-with AI tools like GPT, Nano Banana, Claude, etc. for faster shipping
Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Brownie Points
Background in healthcare or health-tech
A genuine health nut. You actually care about fitness, nutrition, sleep, or longevity. You don't need to be an expert, but you should naturally gravitate towards the healthcare conversation.
Hands-on experience in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)—able to turn raw footage into polished content is a bonus
Willingness to travel for on-ground campaigns and events.
An always-online personality (especially on X). You're the first to know when something trends, you consume content voraciously. Basically, your screen time report should worry most people.
