We are looking for an Accounts Executive who will be responsible for a wide range of accounting functions and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will excel in payables, receivables, general accounting, and basic knowledge of GST, TDS.
What you will be doing:
- Managing day-to-day accounts department activities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally, including purchase, sales, receipts, expenses, and journal entries.
- Prepare and verify Journal Vouchers, Purchase Vouchers, and Sales Vouchers with high accuracy.
- Maintain organized financial documentation for internal and external audits.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience of 1+ years as an Accounts Executive or similar role
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS.
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
